We have 3 amazing authors coming!!  Here are their bios & all of them will have books available for purchase.  Since this isn't a part of Diagon Alley, they will only accept muggle money, not galleons.

Kristyn Crow is the author of numerous rhythmic books for children including COOL DADDY RAT (Putnam), BEDTIME AT THE SWAMP (HarperCollins), THE MIDDLE-CHILD BLUES (Putnam), and SKELETON CAT (Scholastic).  She has received starred reviews, a blue ribbon from the Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books, and a nomination for the Utah Book Award.  Kristyn is a Utah resident, mother of seven, and is married to a a Utah Highway Patrolman.
She is planning on reading her newest book, SKELETON CAT, which will also be for sale from her that night!!

J Scott Savage has published eight novels including the Farworld fantasy series, the Shandra Covington mystery series (writing as Jeffrey S. Savage), and the upcoming Case File 13 series from Harper Collins. Savage has been making up stories for as long as he can remember. His first series (made up
when he was ten) was the story of Captain Weenie and his arch-nemesis, The Little Purple Man, which was constantly in demand from his younger siblings and cousins. Scott has visited over 400 schools, taking about finding the magic inside you, and encouraging kids to read and write.
He will be bringing some copies of Far World that will be available for purchase!  This is great news because Water Keep is impossible to find these days.

The University of Utah Physics Outreach Program (more info coming soon)

Ann House will present:

Our planet Earth is in an ideal orbit around our Sun to sustain life. It isn’t too big or too small. It isn’t too cold or too hot. As scientists are looking outside our Universe for life, they are looking for planets just like Earth. Planets that are “just right” for life. We call this the Goldilocks Zone.

Come to our Hogwarts’ Goldilocks Zone to find out what scientists know about planets just like ours that are in orbit around the stars you see in the night sky. Find out where they are and what they may look like. You will also learn how scientists are discovering them.

Telescopes from Saratoga Springs Library, Larry & Friends, & the UofU Outreach.

Wizard Chess & Checkers

Plus photo ops with all the Hogwarts staff!!

Thank you! Thank you!

I just want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU for all of you awesome volunteers who helped at the book fair.  It could not have happened and been so successful without you!  Sincerely, Mrs. Allen
