After looking at the PTA activities planned for next year, and considering the financial obligations that come at the beginning of the school year, along with the great need for volunteers to put on Hogwarts, we have decided to move this activity from October to April. We understand that some might be disappointed with not having it close to Halloween. If there are enough people willing to work to get the event put together for October, then we can keep it then, but there are many aspects of the event that need to be started on now and others that need to be worked on over the summer. Here is a list of the positions we need filled. Please reply below or email sagehillspta@gmail.com if you want to help. If we don't have 80% of these filled by May 1st, then we will officially move the activity to the spring, when many of the board members unable to help in October will be able to help.

If we have another play, how will hogwarts be affected? I know that my schedule allows me to help with one big thing per season, so it would be one or the other, not both.
