SEP Dinners: February 4th and 5th

We are looking for volunteers to contribute to dinners for teachers during SEP conference next week.  Please email us at sagehillspta@gmail.com to let us know what you can bring.  Thanks for your help--the teachers love it!!

Volunteers--please bring your food to the teacher's lounge on or by 5:00.  Any dishes that need to be picked up will be ready by 7:00.  If you are free and willing to help with set-up or clean-up please let us know!

February 4th- Mexican Night

Salsa and Chips

Taco Salad or Enchiladas
  1.  Ferris Bellon: enchiladas
  2.  Stephanie Reynolds: white chicken enchiladas
  3.  Breanne Smith: taco salad

--Meat/Beans
  1.   Suzanne Jensen-Soto: seasoned meat

--Shredded cheese (1-2 lb) and sour cream (24 oz)

--Vegetable toppings (chopped tomatoes, lettuce, avocados, corn)

Rice (Mexican, cilantro, etc.)

Desserts (enough for 3 dozen- let us know if you have a gluten-free recipe.  Nothing with cinnamon please!- a teacher is highly allergic)

I can bring some black beans chopped tomatoes and any other veggies you still need for Wednesday dinner. Just email me and let me know.
