Audit
a. Requires
2 members not on account: Stephanie and Christie
b. Will
take place on July 9th in conjunction with PTA meeting
c. All
receipts must go to Allison and checks must be deposited by 6/14
3. School
Play
a. Show
will take place at Vista Heights Middle School March 12th-14th
b. Principal
Rowley will ask for Tuesday and Wednesday dress rehearsal dates the week before
(4-6 pm)
c. School
is giving lighting option ($41/hour + $10/hour/tech)—Tyfani will compare
pricing
4. Fun
Run
a. Principal
received approval for event to take place on June 6th
b. Approval
for Waffle Love permit still pending; Jamie is following up
5. Back
to School Night
a. Needed
tables: Hogwarts presales, volunteer sign-ups, room parents, play, choir, and
emergency kits
b. Stephanie
will look into pricing for selling emergency kits
c. Tables
will be in the lobby/kiva area to attract more parents
