August 18, 2014 – 6:00 pm - Sage Hills Gymnasium

3. PTA positions (current and available)- volunteer coordinator needed
4. Activities for 2014-2015 year- Fun Run in September, Choir Sept-Dec, Hogwarts in October, Reflections in November, Polar Express in December, School Play Jan-March, Family Dance in February, Field Day in May; SEP dinners, teacher appreciation, boxtops throughout the year
5. Volunteering--volunteers are appreciated for all of the 2014-2015 activities
6. Budget- to be posted on blog; includes:
1. $1075.00 for general fund
2. $2100.00 for community involvement
3. $7675.00 for education
4. Total: $10,850.00
5. Vote to accept budget: motioned by Kara Martin; all in favor.
7.  Communication- will take place through email, blog (linked to school website), Facebook Page, and monthly newsletter
8. Membership/donations- Membership is $5; those who prefer can donate a similar amount to PTA
9. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Kara Martin; seconded by Carissa Allen; all in favor.  Adjourned at 6:20.
